What this site collects
If you submit the early-access or contact form, the site receives your email address, any optional website URL, the message you provide and the type of inquiry. A hidden anti-spam field and a request token are used to reduce automated submissions and verify the form request.
What happens to a website URL
A URL submitted through this marketing form is included in the inquiry email only. This site does not fetch, scan, crawl or audit the URL. Do not submit a URL for a site unless you own it or have permission to discuss it.
How inquiry details are used
Form submissions are emailed to the WordPress site administrator’s configured email address using WordPress mail delivery. The theme does not add the inquiry to a mailing list or save it as a WordPress post. The recipient’s email provider and Hostinger may process or retain messages and technical logs under their own policies.
The site operator may use the inquiry information to respond to the request and discuss early access. No marketing subscription is created automatically by submitting the form.
Cookies and technical data
WordPress, the hosting provider and installed site services may use essential cookies, security checks and server logs. This custom theme does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or remote image services by default.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry emails remain in the administrator’s email account until that recipient deletes them; this theme does not set a separate retention schedule. To ask about an inquiry or request its deletion from the site operator’s mailbox, use the Contact page and identify the email address and approximate submission date.
Changes and responsibility
This notice may be updated as FIXEEM adds services. Before launching analytics, accounts, audits, payments or integrations, the operator should update this notice to explain those features and their providers.
